cant make calls or texts

Replacement esim not working. In settings it says number unknown. I never tried text to say services are running. I've tried everything was told to do on the replacement esim which didn't work either, this replaced.moto g35 new phone Maybe I'm better of getting a physical SIM?

    Hi ​@ltk Given that you’ve tried all troubleshooting steps, I would recommend getting a replacement SIM. You can collect one from your nearest Currys store, or contact us directly at socialqueries@idmobile.co.uk
     or via our support inbox: https://community.idmobile.co.uk/inbox/overview and we can arrange for it to be delivered to you within 2 working days.
