I am so sorry to hear that you are facing issues with your services, please could you try the below steps:

 

Basic checks:

 

  • Restart the phone – this can often resolve temporary network issues.
  • Toggle Airplane Mode – turn it on for 30 seconds, then turn it off to refresh the connection.

 

Network & SIM checks:

 

  • Reseat the SIM card – remove the SIM, clean it gently, and reinsert it.
  • Try the SIM in another phone – this helps confirm whether the issue is with the SIM or the handset.
  • Try another SIM in your phone – to check if the device itself is working correctly.

 

Settings to review:

 

  • Network mode – ensure it’s set to automatic (e.g., 4G/3G/2G auto).
  • Manual network selection – try selecting your network manually in settings.
  • Call barring/divert – make sure call barring is off and no incorrect call divert is active.

 

Reset network settings:

 

  • Go to Settings > Backup & Reset > Network Settings Reset
  • This will reset Wi-Fi, mobile data, and network configurations (you may need to reconnect to Wi-Fi after).
