cant receive or make calls using mobila data on my iphone 16 pro

Hiya 

 

I can’t make or receive calls unless through WhatsApp 

 

I can’t be taking phone calls or missing my calls like this 

I don’t use WhatsApp in my work 

 

how do I find a solution to this as soon as possible

    ​@Subadushane  So many question's. Have you an active sim card on IDMobile? Was it working at anytime? Are you a new customer to IDMobile? Have you checked if there are any issues with the network in the post code area where you have these problems?
