change ny number to a business number

I’m getting a business number, I’m in contract with ID and want to stay on the contract! I just want to use this number as my business number so want a new personal number

At iD Mobile, we do not offer business-specific contracts or business accounts, so all plans are set up for personal use.

 

However, there is nothing in our terms and conditions that prevents you from using your mobile number for business purposes if you choose to do so. Many customers do use their personal iD Mobile numbers for work or self-employment.

 

📌 Key points to be aware of:

  • Your contract remains a personal consumer agreement
  • We don’t provide business features (e.g. multi-user management, business billing, or SLAs)
  • You are free to use your number for business if it suits your needs

📱 In your situation:

If you want to keep your current contract, you can continue using that number as your business line and simply take a separate SIM or service for personal use if needed.
