changed phone, calls and texts not connecting

Hi

 

i drowned my old phone, recovered it and have the sim in my new iPhone. Old one was a google pixel. The new phone is my connecting for calls and some texts are massively delayed. Think I need the account settings updated?

    There are no settings to update. Try ordering a replacement SIM card to see if that fixes the issues you’re experiencing.

      Got a replacement sim and activated. Still having the same issue. 
       

      i call a number and nothing, sometimes when people are calling me it’s going straight to voicemail. 
      this happens when I have signal.
