Can I modify my voicemail to say “please email me at P***@***.com” and not have the caller be able to leave their voice message?

Hi there @Pete2000, we cannot stop someone from leaving you a message if your voicemail is enabled I’m afraid.

    Thanks,

    Tyler

Hi @Pete2000  you can record your own personal greeting. Just dial 123 from your iD mobile and follow the prompts from the automated menu. Then you can ask for people to contact you via email instead?

For security, I have also redacted your email address in your post.

But could they also choose to leave a message as well? I don’t want them to be able to leave a message, only just to hear my request to email me.
