Are Chase and Zopa accounts allowable for Direct Debit purposes - neither seem to work for me

    Kindly note that both Chase and Zopa accounts can be used for Direct Debit purposes, as long as they are UK-based accounts that support Direct Debit instructions and have valid account numbers and sort codes.

    We recommend double checking the sort code and account number you are entering. If the issue continues, please contact your bank to confirm that Direct Debit payments are enabled on your account.
