I having a technical issue that has resulted in several chats with support. On a couple of these chats, the transcript has not been sent to me despite me having requested them. (I am very sure that the email address was correct because it is always a copy/paste.)
Is there some way that I can retrieve these transcripts now?
I appreciate whatever you can tell me!

Guess what - you’ll need to Live Chat to ask for your missing transcripts.
If you PM iD Mobile using Facebook or Instagram, there’s no need to worry about transcripts - your chats will always be available in your Facebook or Instagram account.
