I’ve just had my bill.

 

its been exactly the same for two years because I have it capped. 
 

My contract was due to end this month. I haven’t had a call asking me if I wanted to renew or anything else.!

 

but I’ve had a new phone bill that’s around £70 so who and how do I speak to someone about this?

Please note that you will receive an email either one or two months before your contract expires, giving you the option to upgrade to a new phone plan, switch to a SIM-only plan, or cancel your contract.
