Chromebook claim with delayed dispatch date

I ordered the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra on the 23rd April - it was out of stock and got delivered today. 

 

I have tried to claim the chromebook but the Samsung website won't let me claim as the date isn't within the 30 day period. What do I do? 

 

Also, the offer said it came with Samsung Buds 3 FE but I didn't receive these with the order?

I’m having the same issue, got my phone yesterday and went to claim but it wont let me
