Ive ordered my new S26 and would like to take advantage of the chromebool offer. The process requires my invoice details and the IMEI number from the phone. The phone is a pre-order. How do I get these details before the offer runs out when I dont have the phone?

Kindly be advised that, as the device is currently on pre-order and out of stock, we do not yet have the phone information available.
Once the device is back in stock and has been dispatched to you, the IMEI number will be available on the handset upon receipt.
I do apologise for the inconvenience, but as you do not currently have the phone, we’re unable to provide these details at this stage
