Claiming Samsung bud3 FEs?

Bought an A57 less than a week ago on a 2year contract with the promise of claiming Samsung Bud3 FEs, now all of a sudden accoridng to Samsung I am "too late" to claim them. Yet IDMobile plastered the advert saying I can claim them.

Who do I speak to about this?

Please note that these promotional offers are managed directly by Samsung rather than iD Mobile. In some cases, offers can also be subject to availability and may operate on a “while stocks last” basis in line with the promotional Terms & Conditions.

 

As Samsung are handling the claims process, you would need to contact Samsung Promotions Support directly so they can review why the claim was declined or marked as too late despite the recent purchase date.

 

They’ll be best placed to confirm:

  • Whether the promotion stock has been exhausted
  • If the claim window was met
  • Or whether there was an issue with the submission itself
