I saw the link for the life chat , within your messages . I tried to send a message but my question doesn't fit with the automated enquiries, so the chat box , replies that , they can't match my query .
As I advised in my original post…. Just type ‘talk to a person’ in the dialogue box as this will bypass the chatbot and you will be connected with a person. Please be patient as the agents handle a few conversations at any one time so there will be a delay in connecting with an available agent and also any replies to your query.
