We're sorry to hear that you're receiving a high volume of nuisance or cold-calling calls.

Unfortunately, iD Mobile is unable to block unwanted calls directly at network level. However, there are a number of steps you can take to help reduce them:

• Register your number with the Telephone Preference Service (TPS), which helps reduce unsolicited sales and marketing calls.
• Block individual numbers directly on your handset as they contact you.
• If you have an iPhone, enable Silence Unknown Callers via Settings > Phone > Silence Unknown Callers.
• If you have an Android device, many handsets include spam protection and caller identification features within the Phone app settings.
• Avoid answering calls from unknown numbers where possible, as answering can sometimes indicate that the number is active.
• Be cautious about sharing your mobile number online or when signing up for services, competitions, or marketing communications.

If you believe the calls are fraudulent or scam-related, we will also recommend reporting them to the relevant authorities.
