Hello,

 

I have raised a complaint with iD mobile regarding a very serious issue. I have not yet had a response and it has been several days. As someone with various mental and physical health issues this is causing me a lot of un nessicary stress and i need this looked into right away.

 

Every time i call i am told to be patient and wait.

 

So please can someone help me here!
