Do they ever call you when the complaint team are supposed to? Contacted them 4 times now and promised a call back within 2 days and never happens. Shocking bad customer service

They have said will get a manager to call me on 4 seperate occasions and it's not happening and this is from the complaints team!

The team wouldn’t provide a manager call back as the team are capable of dealing with all complaints.
