confusion on upgrade contract, new unwanted sim?

Hi!

 

I've been with you on a 24 month contract that is now coming to an end on phone number { REMOVED }

I was given the option to upgrade so followed the steps to do so and decided to keep my phone and switch to a sim only contract and completed this order.

Unfortunately there seems to be some weird mix up where the app hasn't acknowledged this and still wants me to upgrade, and i'm concerned you're going to send me a new sim when i'm content using the current one and didn't think there would be any changes needed? Please can you check this?

 

On top of this i have moved house and can't find a way to change my address so am concerned my new sim card (if you are sending one) will go to my old address i do not have postal access to.
