connection problems

When I am talking, alot of times it cuts out...I can hear the other caller but they can't hear me and vice versa. Any advice please

This type of issue is usually related to signal, network settings, or a temporary provisioning fault on the line. Let’s go through a few steps to help resolve it:

 

Restart your phone
Turn your device off and back on to refresh the network connection
 

Check VoLTE (4G Calling)
Go to your phone settings and ensure 4G Calling / VoLTE is switched ON
This helps improve call quality and stability.

Remove and reinsert SIM 
If you’re using a physical SIM, remove and reinsert it
 

Test for device issues
Try making calls using headphones or speakerphone
Check if your microphone is blocked or obstructed
