connection problems constantly

When I am talking, alot of times it cuts out...I can hear the other caller but they can't hear me and vice versa. Any advice please

    I’m sorry to hear you’re having issues with your calls cutting out. I understand how frustrating this must be.

     

    As a first step, please try the following troubleshooting:

    Restart your phone
    Turn Airplane mode ON for 10 seconds, then turn it OFF
    Check your signal and try moving to a different location (if possible)
    Remove and reinsert your SIM card (or restart if using eSIM)
    Check for any software updates on your device

    You can also try your SIM in another phone if available, as this will help determine whether the issue is related to the handset or the SIM/network.
