To speak to a real person at iD Mobile, you can use any of the following options:
Live Chat (recommended):
- Visit the iD Mobile website or open the iD Mobile app
- Select Help & Support
- Choose Live Chat
- Type “speak to an agent” or “human” to be transferred to an advisor
Social Media (DM support):
- You can also message us directly on our official social media pages and an advisor will pick this up
