Contacting Live Chat before my order account is active

Hi guys,

I need to contact IDMobile to cancel an order (I have ordered the same phone twice as the confirmation emails went to spam). When I try and use the livechat function it asks for my last bill amount and idmobile phone number - as it’s not active yet I can’t provide this. 

 

Any ideas on how I can get through to an agent without this?
