Hi there. I’m sorry I think I’ve seemed to miss my payment date last month and I stupidly haven’t noticed. This month how ever I’ve been made redundant and am unable to pay my bill. I’m assured that my redundancy money is on its way and I have a new job that I start next Monday. I am unable to pay at this moment in time but I will be paying as soon as I am able to. Can I pause my bill until I’m able to pay so my phone doesn’t get switched off as if my phone is off then I don’t have a way of contacting my new employer or my old employer to finish my redundancy claim
