contract ending but want to keep number & swap networks

I’m really sorry to hear you’re thinking of leaving, we’d love to keep you with us, but we completely respect your decision and will make the process as smooth as possible.

You’ve got a few options depending on what you’d like to do:

PAC code – This is what you’ll need if you want to keep your number and move it to another provider. You’ll just give the PAC to your new network and they’ll handle the switch.
STAC code – This will cancel your account without keeping your number. Please only choose this if you’re happy to lose the number.
30-day disconnection – You can request a standard cancellation, and your service will stay active for 30 days before closing.
