Hello my 24month contract ends on 24/0426. On my upgrades offers there is no option to transfer to a 1 month rolling sim only deal. I want to do this while I sort out a new phone and stay with I’d.

If you’re looking to move to a 1-month rolling SIM-only plan, this isn’t always available through the upgrade options shown in your account. To explore this further and see what options are available to you, please contact our Sales Team directly on 0800 049 0250.
They’ll be able to review your account and help you switch to a suitable plan while you arrange your new phone.
