Good morning, I have a question regarding the contract, why has the contract ended and the money is still being collected?

Good morning, and thanks for getting in touch.

 

I’m sorry for any confusion around this. When a minimum term contract comes to an end, the plan doesn’t automatically disconnect or change. The service continues on the same rolling basis unless we’re contacted to either change the plan or cancel the account.

 

An end of contract notification email is normally sent to let you know your minimum term has finished and to explain your options going forward.

 

If you’re looking to either:

  • Switch to a different plan, or
  • Cancel your contract
