Contract has ended what are my options?

If I upgrade to sim only will it cancel my current plan? Or how do I leave?

@Matt10012  if you're eligible for an upgrade it will cancel out your current and start afresh when you upgrade. Your contract will continue as it is unless you leave IDMobile or Upgrade.

Call sale's 9am to 6pm on 0800 049 0250 or +44 20 7139 1397. Make sure you tell them you want to upgrade to a sim only plan 30 day, 1 year or 2 year contract. If possible try and do it before your next cycle start or on the day of your next cycle start of your plan.

Hi ​@Matt10012 , I do hope the advice from ​@JoeKing was helpful. If you upgrade to a sim only you will keep the same number, the only thing that will change is your plan. Should you wish you cancel you can do that on the app or contact us. 
9am - 8pm Monday to Friday
