Contract through Mobiles.co.uk. - no welcome email

I got my contract through Mobiles.co.uk, I have received my esim but no welcome email. I ordered an esim by mistake and need a nano sim. In order to make the exchange I am being asked for my phone number but I don’t know what that is because I have not received a ‘welcome email’. Please advise me on how to get a welcome email or an alternative was to exchange my esim for a nano sim. Thank you.

Hi @eredfern, I am so sorry that you have not received your welcome email. Please do try to check your spam or junk emails. To replace the eSim, you can just acquire a replacement sim card. We are able to send you a replacement sim card which will arrive within 2-3 working days. Alternatively, you are able to get a free replacement sim card at any Curry's store. If you need more assistance, please contact us.

    Thank you for your reply.

I don’t know if this has anything to do with you or not but my welcome email popped in about an hour later. So now I have the details I need to request my nano sim.

    Hopefully, problems solved.

I still have a problem. I can not use the app to request a nano sim because it needs to send a code to my ID mobile number. I can not access my ID mobile number because my phone does not support esim. I live many hours from the nearest Curry store. What should I do?

Thanks in advance for you help

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing some login issues however you would need an active sim to login.
To get a new physical sim issued you can contact the live chat team, and they can issue the sim delivery for you.
