Yes, you can move to a newer phone, but this would usually be done as an upgrade, and you’ll need to be eligible on your current plan before this can go ahead.

You can quickly check your eligibility in the iD Mobile app by following these steps:

1. Log in to the iD Mobile app
2. Go to My Account / My Plan
3. Look for an option such as Upgrade or Thinking of upgrading
4. If you’re eligible, your upgrade options and offers will be shown there

Alternatively, you can contact our Sales team on:

They’ll be able to go through the latest deals with you and help you switch to a newer device. If you’re not quite eligible yet, they’ll also let you know when you can upgrade and what your options are.
