Curry's gift card Inactive Card message

I recently tried to use my curry’s gift card online from upgrading earlier in the year and get an error for “Inactive Card”.

Is there any way to resolve this?

Sometimes these may have an expiry date, but I may be wrong in thinking this.

Did you manage to sort this out at all? I’ve tried online ‘help’ and have been told to just contact Currys.
