Currys £50 gift card not working

Hi. I upgraded my wife and I sim only contract recently and received 2 £50 curry’s gift cards as an incentive. Unfortunately only 1 of the gift cards had £50 credit on it, the second card is invalid when checked online, can I get this resolved here?

    yes it is in my name and I upgraded through the ID app.
