I upgraded my plan over 2 months go and have not received the £50 currys gift card that was part off the promotion. How do I get this?

Hello Tyler,

It was a direct promotion by id mobile and not a third party.

Hey there ​@peten, on the email you should’ve been sent regarding the gift card, potentially at the bottom of the email, does it state when it should be delivered by, either via post or email?

I was not sent an email regarding the gift card at all.  I’ve not had anything from the post from id mobile either.

I got three emails on the day I changed my contract. There was another email two days later.  None mentioned the currys gift card that was part of the offer. Only standard newsletter emails since. No post.

New 24 month contract plan, not handset.
