OK ​@chairboy54  the eGift Card is dispatched to registered email address 30-60 days after last day of promotion, which is 11/07/2025.

Hi Sian, I'm in the same boat, not received my e gift. Purchased through mobiles.co.uk, live chat told me to email giftcloud who say they have no record of my email address. From research, it seems giftcloud only help with third party offers, but mine was direct with id. Please can you advise?
