Currys Gift Voucher for Upgrade to s26

Hi,

I upgraded to an s26 in mid-March and still haven't received a £100 Currys gift card that was available via a promotion. I shoudl've received it 30-40 days after upgrading. 

 

I'm certain that I was eligible for this. I've chased CW on the phone and they're saying the deal was only for sim free purchases and therefore I won't receive the gift card. 

 

Has anyone experienced anything similar?
