Hi: I took a contract out through yourselves in December last year. I have only just realised that I didn’t receive any information of how to claim my £40 curry’s voucher that was advertised? Thanks.

Hey there ​@Leanne Warburton, sorry to hear that.

 

Please confirm:

 

  1. What date you ordered?
  2. What phone/SIM plan you ordered? If so, what make and model?
  3. What tariff (Data, calls, texts, cost per month)
  4. Where did you order from directly? (iD Mobile online, Currys, Carphone Warehouse, Mobiles.co.uk, E2Save etc)

 

Finally, on the email when you were about to/when you did join us, it should state at the bottom how to claim or when you’d receive your gift voucher. If so, what does it state there and when does it state you’d receive it?

I upgraded my contract in June from £10 to £12 

I get unlimited calls and texts and 175gb of data. 

Did this on the app and also purchased a new contract. 

The upgrade came with a £50 currys gift card. I haven't received it via email or post.

This was a sim only plan. 

I hate coming here to do all of this for something that for me was a prerequisite to me upgrading.

 

I didn't need the extra data but we all like a freebie. 

 

At this stage the "freebie" is costing me my free time which i value more than the giftcard itself. 

This issue is i value not being tricked and having to jump through hoops by a company that I thought were quite good.
