currys voucher not valid

I received my Currys voucher for upgrading my plan and when I've gone to use it they've said it's either expired or not been validated correctly when it was sent to me (21st Feb 2025) felt quite foolish in the shop arguing that there should have been £50 on the card and being looked at blankly!

How can you validate or renew the card please?

I had to pay a fiver to Royal Mail for receiving it as they didn’t pay the postage!!

Hi. I have had exactly the same issue. With the Currys website stating “no card found”. Could I ask this to be investigated? Thanks Graeme
