Currys voucher window has passed but still nothing

So it's officially past the window for the free £50 Currys voucher and I have had nothing come through. It was supposed to be 30-60 days after the end of the promotion, which was 11/07/25, but I have had nothing.

I am on the 24 month plan and the voucher was explicitly included in the deal I bought. I've had a good experience with ID so far so am hoping this was just a mistake.

Both my Wife and I have had the same issue. We both signed up with this promotion and neither of us have received a voucher. Again other than this we've been happy with the service but would like to sort out the voucher.

Same, still nothing. I talked to IDMobile on their chat. They told me to contact Mobiles.co.uk, who told me to contact a third party company who handles their vouchers. I called that company and, after being on hold for 45 minutes, got through to an Indian call centre. The guy did not know what i was talking about and kept referring to the voucher as a "refund". Eventually he said "you should get your refund in two days" and hung up. That was 5 weeks ago and nothing has happened.

So, regarding the Currys voucher, I think we've been scammed

I went to the LiveChat on this site and spoke to someone who told me to email hello@giftcloud.com with my details. I've done that now and I'll see if I have any luck and update here

GiftCloud just replied to my email saying they could not find anything linked to my email address. I only have one email address, all my id Mobile contract information was sent to it. I provided the account information and still nothing. It should not be this difficult to claim the gift.

Also the link that you provided saying for here to claim the offer does not have anyway of doing so.

We shouldn't have been chasing this ourselves the offer clearly states it will be emailed to the registered email address and this has not been done.

Yep they sent me through the exact same process, and then you still end up with nothing. The offer, as you've shown, clearly states we should have had the voucher by now. There's no voucher, it was all just a lie to get more people to sign up to the contract. Crazy that such a bit company can get away with a scam like that, but here we are
