Cuury's have declined to set up a plan. I have checked with EQUIFAX please set up mobile check on me.

Plse release me for credit plan at Curry’s I only  want a SIM only plan. I’ve bought an I PHONE16 from the shop but frailed check although EQUIFAX say no problem, please check manually

If you are referring to a credit application made through Currys, please note that iD Mobile is unable to manually approve, release, or override credit decisions.

Credit applications are assessed automatically based on a number of factors, and unfortunately we do not have visibility of the specific reasons for a decline or pending decision.
