Cuury's have declined to set up a plan. I have checked with EQUIFAX please set up mobile check on me.

Plse release me for credit plan at Curry’s I only  want a SIM only plan. I’ve bought an I PHONE16 from the shop but frailed check although EQUIFAX say no problem, please check manually

If you are referring to a credit application made through Currys, please note that iD Mobile is unable to manually approve, release, or override credit decisions.

Credit applications are assessed automatically based on a number of factors, and unfortunately we do not have visibility of the specific reasons for a decline or pending decision.

If you have an existing application that you would like reviewed, or if you require further information regarding its status, please let us know more details and we will do our best to point you in the right direction.

Thanks for your response, I have trashed that previous post as requested, however could you tell me more about the issues that you are facing with your phone. 

 

Once we have a better understanding, we’ll be able to provide relevant troubleshooting steps to get the issue resolved.
