data allowance did not reaet

After the first month of contract, data allowance did not reset back to 120Gb bust stayed at 82Gb. I understand that there should be data rollover, therefore I was expecting 120+82 Gb to appear on the app but only 82Gb appearing.

Any idea? Glitch in the system?
