Data allowance on app is out of sync

I use my app to check my data allowance. I received a text last month saying I’d used all my allowance, so I topped up for a small fee. I still received a higher than expected bill. This month I have had another text saying I’ve used all my allowance, but the app is saying I have 25% left. 
So when you go on the help hub and find out how to check your remaining allowance and it’s saying use the app, you are left thinking you have enough allowance left, when in fact you don’t. 
Spoke to chat agent , she said I’ve used all my allowance, refresh the app to see if it changes my allowance. Having refreshed the app I’ve still got 25% of my allowance left, but according to the chat agent it’s all gone. 

Dissatisfied again with ID mobile!
