a new month started yesterday, data did not roll over. I have not changed my plan

Hi, the upgrade was 3 months ago and I had my credit rolled over last month

Are you able to log into your account on a laptop/desktop to see if the data rollover is showing correctly there?

Had you perhaps used more data that you thought last month and therefore wouldn’t have any to rollover?
