Data not working despite haven’t plenty left in plan

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble with your mobile data.

 

If you still have plenty of data remaining in your plan, we'd recommend trying the following:

  • Restart your phone.
  • Turn Airplane Mode on for 30 seconds, then turn it back off.
  • Check that Mobile Data is enabled in your phone's settings.
  • Ensure Data Roaming is turned off if you're in the UK (or on if you're abroad).
  • Check that your network selection is set to Automatic.
  • Perform a Network Settings Reset.

 

For iPhone:

  • Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

For Android:

  • Go to Settings > System (or General Management) > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

 

If you're still unable to use mobile data after trying these steps, please let us know:

  • Whether you're in the UK or abroad.
  • Whether calls and texts are working normally.
