my data roaming isnt working on my phone

Thank you for getting in touch with us, I am so sorry that your data roaming is not working. 

 

Please try the following steps:

Check that data roaming is turned on

Go to Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Data Options (or Cellular > Cellular Data Options)

Ensure Data Roaming is switched on.

 

Restart your phone

Sometimes a simple restart allows the network to register roaming properly.

 

Confirm your plan includes roaming

Make sure your iD Mobile plan allows data roaming in the country you’re in.

If it still doesn’t work after these steps, please let us know your phone model and current location, and we can guide you through further troubleshooting or check your account settings on iD Mobile.
