data usage

Thanks for getting in touch.

You can check your average monthly data usage through the iD Mobile app or your online account.

Here’s how:

• Open the iD Mobile app
• Go to My Usage
• View your previous bills or usage history

This will show how much data you’ve been using each month, which can help if you’re thinking about changing plans or moving to SIM only.

Hello, I’ve looked at that but was after an average monthly usage. I had that info. when I was with EE so was hoping to find it. Thank you

On the app, we do not currently have the monthly average usage feature available as it is not supported at this time.
