daughters phone not working

I cant get a hold of anyone to make a complaint or get help. My daughters phone doesn't work. Which makes it very unsafe for her when she is out. She is 13 and needs to have a phone which works. Its a massive safety issue.

I’m really sorry to hear this. I completely understand how worrying this must be, especially with your daughter being only 13. Her phone working properly is absolutely important for her safety, and I’m really sorry you’ve been left feeling unable to get help.

Let’s try to get this sorted for you as quickly as possible.
 

First, could you try these quick checks on her phone:
• Make sure Airplane Mode is turned OFF
• Restart the phone
• Check there is signal showing (at least a few bars)
• Remove and reinsert the SIM card if possible
• Try the SIM in another phone (if you have one) to see if it works there
• Make sure Mobile Data and Network Selection are set to automatic
