Delayed Dispatch affecting my ability to claim Chromebook

Like others I am now getting declinced for the free chromebook because of delayed dispatch of my S26 Ultra. I couldnt claim for it before because it requires the IMEI number for the phone, which I didn’t receive till I got the inoice through on the 02/06/2026. 

I purchased the phone originally on the 30/04/202, and specifically pre-ordered to get this deal.

We're sorry to hear about the difficulties you've experienced claiming the Chromebook offer.

 

We appreciate your frustration, especially as you placed the order during the promotional period and were unable to submit the claim until you had received the handset and IMEI number.

 

Unfortunately, as this promotion is administered directly by Samsung, we're unable to review, approve, or override claim decisions from our side. Samsung are responsible for validating claims against the terms and conditions of the offer.

 

We'd therefore recommend contacting Samsung Promotions Support directly and explaining the circumstances, including the delayed dispatch and the date on which you received the IMEI number. They will be best placed to review the claim and advise whether any further options are available.

 

We apologise that we're unable to assist further with the promotion itself.
