Can you set my direct debit for 26th of each month

I’m afraid we’re unable to set or change Direct Debit dates on your behalf. However, you can easily update this yourself through the iD Mobile app.

 

How to change your Direct Debit date in the iD Mobile app:

  1. Log in to the iD Mobile app
  2. Go to Account
  3. Select Billing & Payments
  4. Tap Manage Direct Debit
  5. Choose your preferred payment date (e.g. the 26th of the month)
  6. Confirm the changes

Please note, if your invoice has already been generated, any changes made will only take effect from your next billing cycle. As a result, your next bill may be higher or lower depending on the timing of the change.
