I have been paying for my daughter’s plan, but she is now going to take the financial responsibility on herself as she is earning money. I have tried to do this through my id mobile account, using her bank details (in her name), but it won’t let me (perhaps because the bank account is obviously in her name, but the phone account in mine).
Everytime I try it says’ Oops, something went wrong’, without telling me what. So how do I do it?
