Does ID mobile contact me directly by phone to offer upgrades

Dear community. I have been contacted by telephone with offers of upgrade from someone who says they are from ID mobile. Is that something ID mobile does or is this a scam?

    If you’re unsure about a call, please do not share any personal details. Instead, contact us directly via the iD Mobile app, website, or official customer service channels. You can also verify any offers by logging into your account, where all genuine upgrades will be visible.
