I just want to know if it comes with protective packaging as I don’t have my box anymore, slightly worried about it breaking during transit.

    No need to worry , when you return your phone to us, it will be sent in secure protective packaging provided by our delivery partner. This ensures your device is safe during transit, even if you don’t have the original box.
    If you’d like extra peace of mind:
    -Remove any accessories (like cases or chargers) before sending.
    -Make sure the phone is switched off and, if possible, wrap it in something soft (like bubble wrap or a cloth) before placing it in the provided packaging.
