I already finished my old contract last February 2026 and I signed in for SIM only for £12. Last March you deducted twice £44 and £12 and April 2026 you double charge as well £49 and £12. Please can you refund my money, I’m on SIM £12 started last March 2026, hope you can stop the billing from my finished contract and refund it

Thank you for getting in touch, and I’m sorry to hear about the billing issue.
I understand that you completed your previous contract in February 2026 and moved to a £12 SIM-only plan in March, however you’ve been charged higher amounts alongside the £12 in both March and April.
I apologise for the concern this has caused. I’ll need to review your account in detail to confirm why these charges were taken and whether the previous contract billing has remained active in error.
If any incorrect charges have been applied, we will of course arrange a refund where appropriate and ensure your billing is corrected going forward.
